“ I've dined at Blue Ribbon twice and both times it was a great dining experience. Customer service is immaculate Food (see pics) were delicious. Not shown is filet mignon cut to see cook on meat. I asked for medium rare and it was closer to medium but my friends came out medium rare which was a NY strip steak. The dining hall is really nice and intimate. There is a bar up front which was nice. Lots of people were having drinks at the bar. Prices were $$$ It's at the Cosmopolitan Hotel which is my fave and on the 3rd floor. Love the vibe there and I'll be dining there again. ”

“ I've been fortunate enough to dine at Blue Ribbon several times over the past couple of years, as well as a few years back when it was Blue Ribbon Sushi. I can't say enough good things about their consistency with the food, and with the service. The staff is very polite and pleasant, I usually sit at the bar to dine, and the bartenders are awesome! This week I sat at a table and our service was top-tier. I usually get the Branzino and the mashed potatoes, and this week I tried the new grilled Daurad. All just incredible food. I can't wait to get back next visit to Vegas!! ”

“ I'm a sucker for Old Fashioneds and this place delivered. It also delivered a fantastic plate of baked oysters. The oysters were so good, I forgot to put the hot sauce on them before wolfing them all half dozen down! I ordered a wedge salad as well (guilty for not having any veggies that day) and decided I wanted a buffalo-wing salad instead and poured the habanero-carrot sauce on the creamy blue cheese. It was an ok salad before but now it was good. Bread pudding dessert wasn't anything to call home about but my server was good and the ambiance was right. Next time, more drinks and more baked oysters and maybe the chicken wings too. The guy next to me ordered the wings and I was jealous ”

“ My husband and I love trying steakhouses around Las Vegas, and Blue Ribbon quickly earned a top spot on our list. I came across it thanks to glowing Yelp and Google reviews (I can't resist a well-rated hidden gem), and let me just say -- it did not disappoint! From the moment we sat down, the experience was stellar. Our server, Tim, was the highlight of the night. If you have the chance to request him, do it -- 10/10 recommend! He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. I asked questions about everything from cocktails to entrées to desserts, and he gave honest, detailed descriptions that turned out to be spot-on. You can tell he knows the menu inside and out and truly wants guests to enjoy their meal. As a ribeye enthusiast, I have high standards -- and Blue Ribbon delivered. The steak was cooked exactly to my liking: flavorful, juicy, and perfectly seared. The ambiance was just as enjoyable. The vibe felt cocktail-casual, with stylish décor, great music at a conversation-friendly volume, and an overall inviting atmosphere. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Now, for one small note of feedback: while I appreciated the overall seating layout and the ambiance-enhancing divider between tables, the spacing in our section could use a little fine-tuning. The design creates a narrow passage where servers have to walk between closely placed tables to reach guests behind, and as a result, I was bumped a few times during the meal. It wasn't a major disruption, but it did slightly break the otherwise cozy vibe. A little extra space between those tables--or perhaps some gentle reminders for staff to navigate more carefully--could go a long way in preserving the relaxed, intimate feel they're clearly aiming for. That said, from cocktails to appetizers to dessert (and yes, the after-dinner coffee), everything was delightful. We've already recommended Blue Ribbon to friends, and we'll definitely be back. This place is a solid win in the Las Vegas steakhouse scene! ”

“ Excellent customer service from Ashley! Love the cozy ambiance. My husband and I were still full from lunch but just want to have little bite for dinner. I ordered potato skin and my husband ordered salad. Their potato skin is not the usual potato skin. This one is just perfect for one person, but mind you, it was really good, lots of cheese and bacon. Salad was of perfect taste and size too. Had 2 glasses of red sangria, smooth! Finished it with their banana split. It was really good, no sugar guilt feeling... for some reason, it was just light. We'll surely come back, ”

“ Yes, yes and yes. Located in the Cosmopolitan hotel, easy to access. I believe it's on level 2. Casual to dressy attire. Easily accommodates groups. My husband and I were on a business trip hanging out and used Yelp to find a restaurant with seafood. Service was outstanding. I wish I remembered our servers name. The manager also checked on us multiple times and even cleared plates from our table. Cozy feel. All of the tables have cozy seating almost a booth feel. Our servers told us they are known for their bucket of wings. Just get them. Don't even ask. Just get them and thank me later. I'm drooling right now. Three huge flats, three huge crispy drums, you WILL lick your fingers unapologetically. Midweek we did not need a reservation but they were pretty busy. We didn't drive so I'm not sure about parking. I enjoyed my lamb chops but I'd come back for the bucket of wings. Seriously. ”

“ Came here and I ordered the paella and seafood tower. The seafood tower was definitely the star between the two items, it was fresh, and the poke was a nice touch. In contrast, the paella lacked flavor-the chicken was dry, the rice itself had broth surrounding it but was fairly flavorless. The seafood itself in the paella tasted great (shrimp, mussel, squid). Service was great overall. Manager came by to check on us a few times as well. ”

“ This is a gem inside the Cosmo. It's a classy and beautiful bar and restaurant, but not as busy as its neighboring restaurants in the Cosmo. I came here during happy hour and ordered from the bar. If you are going solo, I recommend ordering from their happy hour because the portions are just right for one person. What was memorable? Their crème brûlée, it was balanced and satisfied my sweet tooth. Pair it up with a dessert wine or Old Fashion. ”
